How your data is kept.

Everything you log stays on your phone. We never send it to ourselves, to a server, or to a cloud backup of our own. We cannot read it, sell it or share it, because we never have it.

• Your cycle, symptoms, mood and sleep
• Your journal entries and symptom photos
• Your medications, condition logs and reminders
• Your planner, habits and anything else you add

One thing only: a small check that your subscription is active. It sends an anonymous app-generated ID, your store purchase receipt, your device type and the app version. Your device’s IP address is visible to the service that receives it, as with any internet request. No health entries are included. The check is handled by RevenueCat, a subscription service, which asks Apple or Google and gets back a yes or no.

• No adverts, and nothing in the app is built to sell your attention
• No tracking of what you do inside the app

• Delete any entry, photo or the whole app and it is gone, because we hold no copy
• Save a full backup file yourself, kept wherever you choose, which we never receive
• On an iPhone, iCloud backup is controlled by your device settings and handled by Apple. On Android, the app asks Android not to include its data in your Google backup

If you sign up for updates, we store only your email address, in a secure EU-based database in Ireland, to send you updates and one email when the iPhone app is ready. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies. Your colour, text size and font choices are saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
