What endometriosis is
Endometriosis is when tissue similar to the womb lining grows in other places in the body, often causing pain. It can take time to recognise, and everyone’s experience is different.
Why a record helps
A note of where and when you feel pain can make a conversation with a doctor clearer, and easier to start. It also lets you look back and see what is happening over weeks and months rather than relying on memory.
What you can record in The Veda Circle
- Your pain each day
- Where it was: lower abdomen, lower back, pelvis, left or right side, legs, rectum or during sex, by tapping the areas that were affected
- Your flow, from none to flooding
- What else you noticed, and anything you noticed before the pain began
Taking it to your appointment
The doctor-ready report is built from your own entries for the dates you choose. Share it, print it or save it as a PDF, so you can show your doctor the pattern instead of trying to describe it from memory.
When to get help
Pain that comes on suddenly and severely, pain that stops you doing everyday things, or very heavy bleeding are all worth raising with a doctor. If you feel faint or very unwell, seek urgent care. If you are in danger or need urgent help, call your local emergency number: 112 in Malta and across the EU, or 999 in the UK.
Every plan starts with 14 days free. Cancel any time. Available now on Google Play. iPhone coming soon: join the list.
Common questions
Can an app diagnose endometriosis?
No. Only a doctor can diagnose it. The Veda Circle helps you keep a clear record of your symptoms and prepare for your appointment.
Why does pain location matter?
Being able to say exactly where the pain was, and on which days, gives your doctor more to work with than a general description. You can tap the areas on the day, while it is fresh.
Can I record pain during sex?
Yes. It is one of the locations you can choose, and your entries are saved only on your phone, so they stay private.
Does The Veda Circle cover other conditions I have?
Yes. It covers 51 conditions across every stage of life, including adenomyosis, fibroids and heavy bleeding, and you can add your own.
