What fibroids are

Fibroids are growths in or around the womb. They are very common and often cause no symptoms at all. When they do, it can be heaviness, pressure or heavier bleeding.

Why a record helps

If you do have symptoms, a record of how heavy your bleeding is and how often symptoms come up gives your doctor a clear picture, and lets you notice any change over time.

What you can record in The Veda Circle

  • How intense your bleeding was: none, light, medium or heavy
  • How often symptoms came up that day
  • Everything alongside your cycle calendar

Taking it to your appointment

The doctor-ready report is built from your own entries for the dates you choose. Share it, print it or save it as a PDF.

When to get help

Very heavy bleeding, bleeding between periods, pain that is new or getting worse, or feeling dizzy or faint are worth raising with a doctor. If you feel very unwell, seek urgent care. If you are in danger or need urgent help, call your local emergency number: 112 in Malta and across the EU, or 999 in the UK.

No. They are very common and often cause no symptoms at all.

Can an app diagnose fibroids?

No. Only a doctor can diagnose them. The Veda Circle helps you keep a clear record and prepare for your appointment.

Can I track heavy bleeding without a diagnosis?

Yes. You can record your bleeding whatever the cause, and share the report with your doctor. The app also has a guide for heavy bleeding.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your entries are saved on your phone. We never receive them, so we cannot read, sell or share them.
