What GSM is

Genitourinary syndrome of menopause, or GSM, means vaginal and urinary changes linked to lower oestrogen, such as dryness, burning, itching, urgency or repeat urine infections. It is common, and there are options to talk through with a clinician.

Why a record helps

These symptoms can feel hard to bring up. A short private record of how often they happen lets you show your clinician what is going on without having to find the words on the day.

What you can record in The Veda Circle

  • Dryness or discomfort each day
  • Anything else you want to remember, in your own words
  • Related guides in the app for painful sex and for recurrent urinary infections and BV

Taking it to your appointment
